- Tiffany Roberts is a husband and wife writing duo, and that is what sets their books apart from most other romance. The writing and the emotions are real because you are not just getting a "female trying to imagine the male perspective." I so appreciate this type of work, and I wish we had more duos writing in romance.
I adore their Kraken series. The world building is fantatastic. The characters are complex and people you can rally behind 100% exactly because they are both flawed and honorable at the same time.
And the romance is hot and sweet. The authors do not shy away from the physical realities of what tentacles can do. ðŸ˜
If you love sci-fi romance, you HAVE to read this series! None of these books have ever disappointed. - It's my first 'I-couldn't-put-the-book-down-until-2am' book of 2019. As the story progressed, it felt this was my fav of the series. The presence of a space ship landing in an unknown planet like Halora; encountering a human hybrid species thriving; and a hilarious and witty AI with a quick tongue made this more sci-fi. Oh, and the slow burn romance! I wasn't sure how the authors would pull it off, but they did! How could Theodora fall in love with Vasil if she was so repulsed of Vasil?
And the tentacle sex was hottest of the series imho. But why was expecting by sixth book, sex could've pushed further--especially written by brilliant two authors who are a couple IRL? Tiffany Roberts is one of the rare authors who finally wrote a brilliant SFR kraken series, when before, ebooks on tentacle sex were only... erotica--not enough story. TR gave this unique SFR genre a heart, with beautiful characters and stories. Dear TR, I hope you could give your readers and fans a novella or a bonus story with this couple (Theo is from space after all with less... inhibitions *giggle-wink*) in the near future perhaps we could have a hotter tentacle romance erotica with ALL the kink? TIA xo - I always look forward to the next TR installment but the Kraken Series has to be my all time favorite in the scifi romance world. I know I can always expect a story that drags you into the world and make you want for your own tentacled lover. Vasil has come a long way since book one and it was deserving he finally got his story. I loved how this one had the feel of book one and they got to spend some time alone on the island and Vasil was able to be himself without thinking of what others thought. He knew from the beginning that Theo was his, and she resisted a bit but once the Kraken claim you, its over. I loved Theo's personality and just like other couples the author duo wrote Vasil the perfect mate. I really enjoyed Kane's character and really enjoyed his presence. It was neat to see someone from the outside world, leaves everything so open and hopefully room for more books! Give me all the Kraken!
- I've read a lot of Tiffany Roberts' books and have followed The Kraken Series from the beginning. They have been consistently good reads and this book continues that trend. Good writing, good characters, and good plot. I'm looking forward to the next book in the future.

5 stars = excellent! definitely recommend and will definitely read again! - I just bought this book and finished it in a day. It was a beautiful story. I knew from the fifth book that Vasil will have his own story and when I saw the title and later the cover, I checked for the book everyday. I can't wait for the next book and getting to know someone new.
- Oh those Kraken....yum. I can never get my fill. Sci fi romance at its best. The Kraken creatures love and cherish their mates and are fiercely possessive. Always a happy ending...I don't want to ever leave this world. Thank you Tiffany...I read all of your books always

- I really like this writing duo. The characters may be alien but they tug on heart strings. The world is interesting and well defined. I always look forward to another peek at the kraken😀
